"Quick Release Rope Halter"

5 Steps to Tie a Rope Halter With a Proper "Quick Release".

First off ... put the halter on your horse's face
and work the end through the loop shown
from the 'back' of the loop.

Pull upward with this end while you
'situate' the halter evenly around his face.

Make a 'loop' and, being careful not to let the
end hit his eye, work the end behind 'it all',
as shown. Continue to hold the loop in your
left hand, make a loop from the rope now
being held in your right hand.

Push this new loop through the one
that had been held in your left hand.
Tighten by pulling both up and down
on the strands on either side
of those loops ... and ...

there you have it ..."Voila!!"
(Or in horse speak ..."Whoa-la!!")

When you get to where you're goin', the first thing to do is take care of the horse you rode in on.
